How does the service work? ↑
The first thing we do is learn about your account and identify your target audience. This is done through a questionnaire and a review by our experienced Account Managers. Next, your Account Manager will get in contact with you to set up your Instagram account on our dashboard.

Once your target audience is defined and account setup is complete, we will interact with your target audience accounts via liking and following. Since your target accounts have expressed interest in your content, it is likely that they will follow and engage with your content. Follow-backs and increases in engagement help your Instagram account grow organically.

Your Account Manager closely monitors account metrics and makes adjustments for the best results. These adjustments are made to better align your account’s interactions with your ideal target audience.

At any time, you can also watch your Instagram account's growth on a live dashboard through your Grow Tent account.

How do you find my target accounts? ↑
After selecting a plan, you will complete a questionnaire which helps our Account Managers identify your target audience accounts. We use similar Instagram accounts to find an audience that is interested in your account.

Provide a list of similar Instagram accounts with at least 100,000 followers. Competitors and influencers who share your niche have target accounts for you. We interact with the followers of these accounts because they have already shown an interest and have higher chances to interact with you.

What are actions? ↑
Actions are likes and follows made by your account to targeted accounts. Depending on your plan, your account can like and follow a certain amount of items per day. Your selected plan sets an upper limit for actions per month. Depending on multiple factors - such as the size and activity levels of your audience - your account may not reach the limit. Our team will do our best to maximize the daily interactions made by your account.
We stay well below Instagram's liking and following limits to ensure that your account remains in good standing with Instagram's policies.

Are these followers real? ↑
Yes. The accounts that we follow and interact are known to be real accounts that match your target audience. The number of likes and follows done by these accounts will depend on their interest in your account. We do our best to get your account in front of the audience you want.

What are Whitelisted Followers? ↑
Whitelisted Followers are those that we will never unfollow. After signing up, we add all of your current followers to our whitelist. This ensures that none of your existing followers will be unfollowed by our team. If you have any additional accounts that you would like whitelisted, please inform your Account Manager.

Do I need to provide my Instagram password? ↑
Yes. We need to use your username and password to connect your account to our dashboards. An Account Manager will be in touch before we log into your account. You may need to provide a verification code or click a link to allow us to access your account. Your account needs to be setup before any interactions can be performed. How do you create content? ↑
Your Account Manager will walk you through the content creation process. This involves completing a questionnaire and phone call with your Account Manager. Together, you will identify several post types that are best for your content strategy. Next, our photographers, graphic designers, and writers will work on creating your content. If necessary, we visit you to capture photos and videos. Finally, we put it all together and post your beautiful content at the best times on Instagram.

Am I locked into a long contract? ↑
No. Our subscription plans are month-to-month and you may cancel anytime. You can also upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Read our Terms of Service for more information.

Do you guarantee followers? ↑
No. Our strategy is to get your account in front of the accounts that are most likely to engage with your content and follow back. This gives your targets the choice to decide if they would like to join your audience. For that reason, we are not able to guarantee the results of this service. We offer a free 10-day trial for all of Growth Only plans. If you are not satisfied with the results, you can cancel your plan within the 10 days at no cost.
